Annual Meeting and Election Results

As many of you are aware, last night was the Canterbury at Tesoro Annual Meeting and Election. Unfortunately, attendance was disappointing and the 25% required for quorum was not met. The Board of Directors will discuss how to proceed, but in the mean time the current board members up for re-election will remain on the board.
We will keep you posted regarding the board's decision.
