SLOW DOWN

With summer vacation in full swing several children are playing outside in the streets. Please be careful while driving through the community!

PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET!

Please pick up after your pet! The Association has been receiving numerous complaints about homeowners not cleaning up after their pets. Pursuant to LA County Civil Code and the Association’s CC&R’s, it is illegal to not pick up pet feces from public or association property. Homeowners have been instructed to report violators to Property Management Professionals and the appropriate authorities.

NEW BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE

The Canterbury at Tesoro del Valle Board of Director's meetings will be held every other month starting in August 2010. Board meetings will be held at the Tesoro del Valle clubhouse starting at 7:30 PM unless otherwise noticed. If you would like a copy of the meeting agenda, please check your community bulletin board or call Property Management Professionals at 661-295-4900.

Please Secure Your Pet Before Heading Out To Catch The Fireworks Show!

The fireworks often scare animals and we would hate for your animal to be scared during the festivities!

Happy 4th of July!!!!!

HAPPY 234TH BIRTHDAY USA!
This July 4th marks the 234th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence! While you enjoy time off with family and friends, take some time to reflect on all of the freedoms we have in this great country of ours! The Canterbury at Tesoro Del Valle Homeowners Association and Property Management Professionals would like to wish everyone a very happy 4th of July!

SLOW DOWN!!!! PLEASE!!!

There have been multiple reports of drivers turning off of Avenue Rancho Tesoro on to Duke Drive at a high rate of speed. Keep in mind the speed limit at Canterbury at Tesoro Del Valle is 15 mph and there are numerous children playing throughout the community. Keep the speed down to ensure everyone remains safe in YOUR community! Thank you in advance for your support!
