Annual Clean-Up Event = Saturday, March 27th

This is a great time to get rid of bulky items, bagged household waste and bundled or bagged yard waste. Burrtec will collect your unwanted materials corresponding to your regular collection day. Please place your items at curbside the night before, after 6p.m. No collections will be made from private property.

Burretc will collect UNLIMITED amounts of the following items beginning at 6 a.m.:

Stoves
Washers/Dryers
Dishwashers
Refrigerators
Water heaters
Couches
Tables
Mattresses
Televisions
Computers
Monitors
Electronics
Bundles of lumber/tree branches (48" max length)
Yard Waste (in bags)
Car tires (2 only)
Toys

VANDALISM WARNING

Vandalism has hit the Canterbury at Tesoro Community again! This time it is the Canterbury entry monument sign. Replacing the letters on the entry monument sign is very expensive and ultimately the Canterbury at Tesoro homeowners are the ones that pay the price!
Please report vandalism to the LA County Sheriff and Property Management Professionals. Persons caught vandalizing community property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!

Holiday Decoration Reminder

While we all enjoyed the spirit of the holidays, it's time to take down the decor. To avoid violations and potential fines please take down your holiday decorations if you have not already.

The Board Meeting scheduled for tonight, January 6, 2010 has been cancelled due to not being able to meet quorum. The meeting has been tentatively rescheduled for January 19th at 6:30 P.M.
