In additional to maintaining your front yard landscaping, homeowner’s located on corner lots are required to maintain the strip of landscaping between their side yard property line and the community right of way. There has been some past confusion about landscaping responsibility in the Canterbury community. The attached exhibit shows that landscape maintenance a homeowner responsibility for the area in front of your home (and on the side of your home for those living on corner lots). Please keep you landscaping in good condition and remove any weeds and trash on a regular basis. Your neighbors and the entire community will thank you!
